I can't believe it's already August! It was so good to talk to you and Brooklyn yesterday! It always motivates me and makes me feel so good to hear your voice. I'm just sorry I didn't have anything too exciting to tell you about. LIfe here is busy sometimes but monotonous a lot of times. Today for example, all we did was go to the range this morning from 5:00 am to 10:00 am and the rest of the day we just cleaned our weapons, ate chow, and cleaned the barracks. I might have snuck a 30 minute nap in there, too. It was a pretty boring day but I was happy because I had you to think about. I can't even explain how excited I am. I was also thinking that I'll probably fly out on Friday so if we get lucky we will both be at the airport together for a little while. I'm not getting my hopes up, but I really hope it works out. I need as much time with you as I can.

I guess that's what I get for leaving this out while I take a shower. The best part is Johnson spelled Sierra wrong. By the way 09 Sierra means Officer Candidate. So I get a lot of crap for that. I also get made fun of for being old while I'm sure you love. (I do! Payback!) By the way that picture of Brooklyn in the bath you sent is so cute. I just can't wait! OK babe it's almost lights out.
